AI Readiness

To maintain its competitive edge, this leading financial services institution identified Generative AI as a critical strategic priority. However, while the organization successfully launched its own internal LLM, employees across the enterprise lacked a shared understanding of what this shift meant for their daily work. Beyond the technology itself, the real challenge was cultural readiness: employees needed the clarity and confidence to engage with AI as a collaborator rather than a source of uncertainty.

What We Did

At Mighty Cultures, we believe AI adoption depends on cultural readiness, not just technology. Rather than treating AI as a standard tool rollout or training initiative, we partnered with the client to reframe Gen AI as an essential organizational capability. We co-created the Gen AI Field Guide—a centralized, high-impact resource designed to help employees move from curiosity to confident application.

To bridge the gap between executive strategy and everyday reality, we launched the initiative with a leadership-led video series that demystified the roadmap and highlighted first-person stories to make the technology feel tangible and accessible.

To ensure this momentum translated into action, we deployed an AI Action Planner that provided practical guidance on prompting best practices and productive mindsets. AI Navigators—anchored in common use cases like the Communications Coach, Research Assistant that translated Gen AI capabilities into recognizable work scenarios.

By focusing on the human side of the digital shift, we ensured these new ways of working didn't just exist in a lab but became part of the very fabric of how the enterprise operates.

The Outcome

The Field Guide transformed Gen AI from a source of ambiguity into a powerful organizational capability. By translating complex capabilities into real, everyday actions, we created enterprise-wide readiness in just four months—equipping the entire workforce to adopt and scale the technology with confidence.

"AI adoption could have been chaotic—full of anxiety and fragmented experimentation. Instead, the Field Guide gave us a foundation to approach it thoughtfully. Our employees gained clarity on Gen AI's role and practical ways to engage with it, our leaders set the right tone through the video, and our organization shifted from fear to curiosity. By the time our internal LLM launched, we weren't scrambling to get people comfortable—we were ready to explore."
