That, despite my constant frowning, I actually joke a lot (maybe more than I should).

What’s one thing about working at Mighty that would surprise people?

How down-to-earth and nice (almost frighteningly so) absolutely *everybody* is, despite the fact that these people have been all over the world and handle extremely complex projects for some very important clients.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Mighty?

The people and the culture — form the one-on-ones with new team members, to the love fests on birthdays, as well as the flexibility the company affords.
