What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I'm hesitant to immortalize this on the website, but I'm getting very into the exploration of CLOWN. The world of clowning is SO much bigger than you think it is! It's rich with a wide range of philosophies and principles. And at its heart, it's about activism, provocation, and truth.

What’s one thing about working at Mighty that would surprise people?

That our global team gets together for in-person "Rallies" twice a year!

What’s your favorite thing about working at Mighty?

That we practice what we preach. We're a trusted partner to our clients, advising them on what to do to achieve their highest aspirations for their culture and achieve impact in the world. Imagine if our recommendations were theoretical and not lived! We're constantly experimenting, trying out new ways of working, Rituals, and experiences to enhance our own culture and create the conditions to do our best possible work.
