What is your superpower?
Staying one step ahead.
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I think people might be surprised to know that, even though I’m a designer and I really enjoy creative hobbies, the thing I spend most of my free time doing is playing soccer. I’m part of a team in a tournament, and I also train during the week. It’s something I really enjoy because it helps me switch off, clear my mind, and spend time with other people. It’s a big part of how I disconnect and have fun.
What’s one thing about working at Mighty that would surprise people?
I think people would be surprised by how many rituals we have, and how they last over time. For example, Sparks is something we’ve been doing for years, and the energy is still there. There are always new things to talk about. It shows that when rituals are well thought out, they can really work and stay meaningful.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Mighty?
My favorite thing is how the team works together across different countries in a very natural way. Even with a lot of coordination, it feels organic. Everyone can organize their day in a way that works best for them, and there is flexibility when needed. It creates a comfortable and supportive way of working.
