What is your superpower?
Asking the right questions.
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I'm a bit of a Renaissance man in training. I started playing piano at 6, picked up trumpet at 11, and taught myself bass at 15. These days I'm as likely to have a disco record on as I am an indie rock or classic rock playlist. I played volleyball in college, love golf and baseball and MMA, and I'm happiest when I'm hiking, cooking, or experimenting with a recipe that started as someone else's and became my own. I've always admired people who don't stay in one lane -- Donald Glover being the gold standard -- and I genuinely try to live that way.
What’s one thing about working at Mighty that would surprise people?
The scale of impact. For an agency our size, we are doing work that reaches every single employee at some of the largest companies in the world. It's not a one-and-done engagement either, the strategy work is designed to create lasting, sustainable change. When you advise on leadership and culture, you're not just impacting the C-suite. You're shaping how thousands of people experience their work every day. That doesn't get old.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Mighty?
The people, without question. I handle a lot of the operational and behind-the-scenes work, and honestly one of the things that makes that feel meaningful is knowing I'm supporting this particular group of people. Everyone I've seen come through here has that same moment -- a kind of "wait, everyone here is actually great?" realization. That energy is real, and it pushes you to bring your best. I love knowing people's lives outside of work, sharing mine with them, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about each other.
