It's always fun to hear someone's life story when they've first joined. You really can't imagine how wide an array of experiences people have had.

I really appreciate that at Mighty we try to practice what we preach. A lot of the behaviors and rituals we recommend are ones we know are effective because we've spent so much time actually doing them ourselves.
