What is your superpower?

Seeing the big picture and the small steps simultaneously.

What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I used to be an adrenaline junkie! Skydiving, bungee jumping, an impromptu international trip with no hotels booked or plans made other than my plane ticket. I think I gave my parents many a gray hair.

What’s one thing about working at Mighty that would surprise people?

Our authenticity. I don't think this is a surprise about Mighty specifically, but I think it's surprising in the world of work today. New hires are always commenting to me about how refreshing it is.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Mighty?

Seeing clients and the people in their organizations get genuinely inspired and excited by the work we're doing. We once had a client tell us "This work reminded me that I love what I do," and it made my year!
