People look at our size and assume we’re a boutique shop, but we’re out here moving the needle for global giants.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Mighty?

That we’re our own greatest experiment. Mighty truly is a 'living lab'—we don’t just consult on the future of work; we’re actively building and testing it within our own walls.
